Hazrat Abdullah ibn Mubarak (Rahmatullahi ‘alayh)
would often stay at home. He was asked: “Don’t you get lonely?”
He replied: “How could I get lonely when I am with the Messenger of
Allah (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi wasallam) and his Companions - i.e. reading Hadith?”
